How to feel at peace?

How to feel at peace? Just take a walk in the nearest forest Рfeel the vegetation around you, pick up some fresh herbs that have been gathering sun rays, and are now ready to share them  with you. Close your eyes, take a deep breath and feel how the air is filling up your lungs. Feel how the energy and blood runs through your body in the way the wind passes through the branches. The nature becomes you, you are nature.
