Choose carefully how you start your last day of 2016 – a year full of unpredictable events and happenings – both good and bad. You can choose to have a creamy start of the 2016 end with cappuccino and a vegan orange cake or you can have a fresh start of the end of the year with some fruits and tea. Well – it depends what type of person you are – but for me the less boring start is the one on the left, especially when located in the skirts of The Balkans, in the old town of Karlovo, in a 200-year old guest house 🙂
As for the recipe of the orange cake – all you need is orange, flour, oil and sugar. And then you can improvise with the spices.
