Are you that type of person that usually eat more or less the same dish every day? Well, I am…I prefer eating the traditional Shopska salad, upgraded with a spoon of tahin and olive oil, and some avocado bits. But we all inevitably reach a point when we get bored and we’d like to try something different. And for me that something was my attempt to prepare a Mexican salad – red peppers, red kidney beans, avocado, tomatoes, parsley with an olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey dressing. I am not sure how successful the picture is, but the salad result was pretty yum.
